If you have different layouts and want a specific one to open each time, then you must rename it to have a 1. at the front of the name. The reason for this is that PigVision sorts the layouts in alphabetical or numerical order and then opens the first layout.
The preferred option is to go to the layout setup, where you can tick the box on the right-hand side that is labelled “Use this layout on start-up".
