In order to print from PigVision, a small program called TS-Print must be installed on your computer. This program ensures that printouts are printed on your default printer in the quickest time possible.
If you are having trouble printing from PigVision, reinstalling TS-Print can sometimes solve the problem.
Before installing TS-Print, close PigVision and log off the server. Follow the instructions below:
- Click this link: TSPrint
- Download of TSPrint will automatically start by opening the PC's internet browser.
- After downloading, please run the installer: TSPrint_client.exe
Before installing this update, please ensure you have closed PigVision.
On the install screens that follow, press Next, accept the agreement, Next and then Install to begin.
When complete, you will see the below screen:
Click Finish and now you can open PigVision and you will be able to print successfully.
