In order to print from PigVision, a small program called TS-Print must be installed on your computer. This program ensures that printouts are printed on your default printer in the quickest time possible.


Before installing TS-Print, close PigVision and log off the server. Follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Click this link: TSPrint
  2. An Internet browser will open the TSPrint download page.
  3. Click "Download Client (XXX MB)" 
  4. TSPrint starts downloading the print file in your browser. This typically appears either in the top-right corner or at the bottom of the browser.
  5. After downloading, you must install the program by opening the downloaded file: TSPrint_client.exe


The installation window will now open.

  1. Select the language "English" and click "OK"
  3. Click "Next" – "Accept agreement" – "Next" and "Install".
  4. The installation is completed by clicking "Finish".

Now you can open PigVision and you will be able to print successfully.



It is still not possible to print from PigVision Online.

If you are unable to print, you need to configure TSPrint from within Windows.

  1. Start by searching for "Options" on your computer and select this:

  2. You must now make sure that four checkboxes are selected and that "TSPrint 2" is chosen as the printer.

    Click "Apply".

You can now open PigVision Online again and print.


If you are having trouble printing from PigVision, reinstalling TS-Print can sometimes solve the problem.
