Route is Breeding – Customer distributor

First you need to create customers. Give them at least code and name. To the tab person card you can add needed. To be able to create file out of sold animals, file format has to be PigVision. If you want to transfer breeding animals breeding value mark include index.

Select the desired customer to be active. 

Register into Delivery agreement Delivery week/year (in example week 8 year 2023), breed code (TZZLL), sex, number of pigs, age (weeks) and age difference (plus - minus weeks)

Add selected vaccine, by double clicking the text. You enter this layout:

Choose binoculars or F5 and choose correct vaccinations from the list and copy them with key combination ctrl + c and close the layout.

Bring the data into other layout with ctrl + v

After closing the layout I can see that Selected vaccine is checkmarked. Keep selected delivery active.

You can also copy created delivery agreement from  if you have similar schedule for longer period

After this you can go and start creating Delivery note from binocular icon.

In Delivery note you need to open the delivery from the plus (column Is open). You can enter choosing animals layout by double clicking delivery date or green number of pigs column. Remember to change delivery date if needed.

After you double click on delivery date you get two new layouts. In the picture below you can see Delivery note tab and edit layout. 

In Edit layout you can enter needed tattoos manually or choose from a list of animals that match your delivery note.  To that list you can enter with clicking pigs icon (show available animals). From that list you can choose needed animals and copy their tattoos with ctrl + c and paste them into edit layout Topigs tattoo-column with ctrl + v. Other info of the animal follows the tattoo.

There is also another open layout next to edit showing the inventory of the database, basically what do I have to choose from. 

Delivery note is ready and you can close those layouts. In the top line there is show available animals if you need to go back to your list. 

Icon with printer and list is for approval of delivery note. Choose delivery note active and click the icon. You get confirmation form. Click OK.

You can approve delivery note in the exact delivery date or after that.

You may have several delivery notes open for same customer at the same time.

If something went wrong with the delivery note you can still delete it before approval with red X icon. 

Even after approval, it is possible to delete the delivery, but in that case you also have to delete the exit information from  the breeding animals, because the sale information has moved there as well.

After approval, if you have created email for this customer in the person card, automated email of .csv file is send to that email. It contains info about the animals and customer can download it into their PigVision:

Of course, you can prevent this by clicking Cancel

After approval, you can go to the deliveries tab and from there  you are able to send .csv-file as email to customer (Send to customer:***) or save .csv-file into your own computer (Save delivery as: PigVision).

In your own computers c: drive you should create a file where you can find these.

Printout of delivery note from Deliveries-tab:

Choose correct delivery active and go to the top Printout – drop down menu. Choose Delivery note finnpig from the list, then you get correct delivery note for your animals.

You can save it from print preview printer icon:

Choose TSPrint PDF and Print

Next choose Save PDF

Choose correct folder to savet he file. Name PDF and save.

The sales information is automatically transferred to the Breed progeny - layout.

So, you can filter in it for example with exit date. 

This layout can also work as an action list for vaccinations if needed, or you can transfer the information into excel.

Save the file you have received in email att. into your computers c:drive to the suitable folder.

In PigVision go to menu Breeding – Breed progeny and click folder:

and bring the .csv file from c:drive
