You can easily change information for your sows, including sow name, gender, breed, etc. Please note that ID numbers associated with breeding companies cannot be corrected, but you can instead correct "Animal no.".
In the example below, the person has entered the wrong sow number.
Correct this by going to "Sows/boars" - "Animal" - "PigVision" - "1 breeding stock" or your chosen layout.
Using the filter bar, you can enter the sow to be assigned a new number shown in the red box below:
Then click on the white column below "Number", where you can change the animal number with the new number by typing the new number over the top . To ensure that animal numbers are not changed unintentionally, confirm the change by clicking "Yes".
If the animal is associated with a breeding nucleus in PigVision, this change is automatically logged to your breeding company according to the breeding company's validations.
