When a sale is created, it is possible to add vaccination of the animals if a vaccination program is set up.
Go to "Breeding" - "Vaccination program" and enter the code, status, weeks since the last event, type of animal and possibly dosage. It is possible to create as many vaccinations you want. Close the window after entering the information.
Go to "Breeding" - "Customer/Distributor". Select the current customer, create a delivery agreement and double-click on "Selected vaccine".
Add the vaccination programme(s) to the customer either by clicking on "Search" and double-clicking on the vaccine or typing the code in the column. Here it is also possible to add a price supplement for vaccinated animals in "Surcharge".
Now create a delivery and go to the "Delivery note". Double-click on "No. of pigs". Click on the "Layout setup" icon and add the "Treated" columns below the added vaccines. Then click "Ok".
Once the animals have been added to the sale, the week the animals have been vaccinated will be automatically calculated. The blue numbers indicate that these are weeks that PigVision has calculated. It is possible to add or edit manually by overwriting the value in the columns.
To view the delivery note, you can click on "Printout" at the top of the window and choose the layout "Delivery note with price and vacc".
Now the vaccination program has been added to the delivery note, so the customer can see that the animals have been vaccinated and in which week.
