If you have to save your medicine registrations for a certain period, it is possible to save it on your computer in a PDF. In the manual the example is on medicine registrations for sows. 


Go to 'Sows/Boars' - 'Medicine' 


If you want to save the medicine registrations for a certain period, you have to find the column 'Date'. If you don't have the green filter line, you must find and click the small filter icon in the top of the picture. 



After this you have to right-click in the filter line for the 'Event Date' column and choose 'Between...'



Choose the required period and click 'OK'.

Click on the printing icon in the top of the picture.



The picture 'Preview form' opens. 

Find and click on the printing icon in the top of the picture.



Choose 'TSPrint PDF', click 'Print' and the programme will make the PDF file. 





Choose 'Save PDF'

Choose where you want to save file and click 'Save'.
