Introduction

To get started with Dashboard sows you must connect and send data from PigVision, Pigmanager Everywhere, FARM Everywhere to MyAgroVision. In the description below you'll learn how to get data in to MyAgroVision. When you get your data in to MyAgroVision you'll automatically get access to the dashboard sows (free to use). You are also able to share data with a third party.

N.B.: The results are calculated from Monday to Sunday, which is why your results can deviate if you have a different setup of service groups. Futhermore, the analysis is in English and cannot show key figures in Danish.

With the above step you have ensured that you have a MyAgroVision account and that you are sending data to MyAgroVision. The data will be processed overnight and after that you can start using the reports and if you want share data. You do this by logging in to MyAgroVision.com

When you are logged in to MyAgroVision you will see a page titled "Reports", where you see different tiles for each report. Free to use reports are Dashboard Sows, Operational Monitor and Service group Monitor.

Working with Dashboard Sows

When clicking on the tile below screen will be opened in a new tab in your browser. The report is 1 page view where you see directly the current state of your farm over the last couple of weeks. On the left side 4 bar graphs with indicators regarding service, farrowing and weaning over the last 6 weeks including a target line which you can set up by yourself (later in this article is described how to). On the right side a table with 6 weeks rolling with a fixed list of indicators and at the end per indicator a target value per week. Four indicators are colored based on the filled in target.

How to set up the targets per farm

When you are logged in to MyAgroVision you will see a page titled "Reports", where you where you see different tiles for each report.

To setup the targets you need to go to the settings screen from the report. Click on the gear icon in the right top corner.

Then click on the menu item ''Targets dashboard per week''

Below screen will be become visible, here you need to fill in per indicator a target value (not needed to fill it in for all of them), after you are complete, click on okay and the targets are saved. It is possible to change afterwards.

Each 15 minutes the dataset where the targets values are saved is refreshed, so for example you change a target value of an indicator then 15 minutes later this value is visible

With the targets fill in and up to date data on your dashboard you will have 1 overview with a specific targets set which will help to monitor your farm.
