This is how to setup key figures per farrowing pen.

It is possible to get key figures calculated per farrowing pen in PigVision.

The key figures available are:

Number of farrowing pens (No)

Weaned kg / farrow pen / year (Kg)

Weaned piglets / farrow pen / year (No)

Produced piglets / farrow pen / year (No)

Farrowings / farrow pen / year (No)

Total suckling days / farrow pen (No)


Enter the number of farrowing pens:

Go to General – Administration – Factor

Here you fill in the number of farrowing pens as the value for the code PC_FarrowingUnit.

Adding the key figures to the e-control layout.

Choose and calculate the e-control for the sow herd. 

In the e-control choose the tab Production and open the Layout setup

In the layout find the section Capacity and choose which key figures you want included in the report.

When this is done choose the tab Decimals in the Layout setup and choose how many decimals the chosen key figures are to be shown with on the report.

Save your changes in the layout with Ok.
