With the report list you can generate multiple reports/analyses simultaneously. The reports/analyses can then be saved as a .PDF-file directly on the computer, sent as a .PDF-file via e-mail, or be printed.

Code: Assign a code to the report list.
Name: Assign a name to the report list
Status: Set the status for the report list. Choose between New, Active, Passive, and Delete
Report template: When you have chosen which reports the report list contains and chosen a printout template, you will be able to see the name of the template here
Printer: If you wish to print the report list when you run/generate it, you will have to use these columns:
· Printer: This is blank per default and will thus print from the standard printer set up on the computer. You can select another printer via the drop-down box. In order to print the report list, it is necessary to also register a value in the Copies column.
· Copies: Enter the number of copies you want of the report list. If this is empty, the list will not be printed
PDF: To save the report list as a .PDF-file when it is generated, use the following columns:
· Folder: Select the column for the report list in question and press F5. This will open a new window where you can select the location the .PDF-file is saved whenever the list is generated
· Mail list Code/Name: You can send the report list via e-mail to anyone set up at General – Third Party. Choose between the third parties by selecting the column for the report list in question and either pressing F5 or clicking on the Binoculars icon. In the new window you can select a third party by double clicking on it.

To select which reports and analyses the report list covers, double click on the report list in question. This will open the window shown below where you select report and a layout:

To run/generate the report list you must be in the original window. From there you right-click the report list in question and click on “Run”. The program will then calculate the report list and the reports/analyses and thereafter print, save, and/or e-mail the report list, depending how it has been set up. You can also generate the report list by going to General – Administration – Run report list.
Note: The reports/analyses are calculated using their individual setups from within the program. They are subject to the limitations and period selections that have been set up. It is not possible to change these settings from this window, instead go to the individual reports/analyses to change their setup.
