In the work lists, you have the opportunity to easily and quickly register medication or vaccination on several sows or pigs at once.

Go to "Management" - "Action list" and click "Setup":

A new window will open with all the worklists in PigVision. It is also possible to add your own in the bottom column.

Vaccination has already been set up as one of PigVision's standard work lists. There are 3 different ones:

  • "Vaccination gilts" is 6 weeks before farrowing, where it is typically only the gilts that need to be vaccinated
  • "Vaccination all" is 3 weeks before farrowing, where both sows and gilts are included
  • "Vaccination together", are the 2 above work lists, but gathered in one work list

Find the work list you want to add and click on it. Then click on the "Setup recurrence" icon at the top.

Select recurrence for the action list and click "Ok".

Now the work list has been added to the list of work lists. Set checkmark and click "Registration list":

Make a copy of the "Vaccination" layout for the work list:

Click on the "Layout setup" icon and click "Edit global layout":

Add "Medicine items" and "Performed" by setting checkmark in boxes. When you click on medication, you can choose to add more treatments to the same work list if you click "Copy". It is possible to make as many copies as you want.

Click in the column under "Medication" at the top and click on the "Search" icon. The list with all your medical records opens, and here you select the vaccines that should be included in the work list by double-clicking on them.

Now you can manually set a checkmark each column for each sow.

For the technically savvy, you can also select one row at a time by ticking the first column and holding down the "Shift" key on the keyboard and holding down the "Down Arrow" key on the keyboard. Once all are checked, you can right-click on them and click "Set Cells".

Put a checkmark in the box and click "Ok".

This is done for all vaccines, and then all sows on the list are registered with vaccination.
