Below there are examples of work tasks:

  • Work tasks:
    1. Empty feed bins
    2. Wash corridor
    3. Adjust sow feed
  • Tasks with animal information:
    1. Pregnancy test
    2. Vaccination
    3. Castration

 

Go to "Management" - "Action list" to set up work tasks:



Click “Setup” and create the work tasks by typing:
- Code: for example T1 (Task 1)
- Name: for example "Check feed bins"
- Status: select "Active"

- Recurrence: "Weekly" and set checkmark for the days for the task to be done
- It is possible to prioritize the tasks for example "1" means very important and "3" less important and so on.
The task will be sorted by priority on the action list.
- Start time: Type the hour for start working on the task
- Estimated time: Hours for how long time the task takes


In the example below three tasks have been created.



T1 "Empty feed bins" is setup to be done every day.

T2 "Adjust sow feed" is setup to be done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

T3 "Castration" is setup to be done Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

 

To print out the tasks, go back to the overview of the action list, and do as following:

  • Select the period that you want the tasks printed for
  • Checkmark the tasks you want to have printed
  • Click on the menu "No overview" and select “Action list” 
  • Click "Preview" to get a list the tasks


 

  • Click on the print-icon in the top right to print the list

 

 

If you want to combine work tasks with tasks that include sows, go to "Setup" in the action list overview.

Double click in the column below "Sow selection" for the specific task. 

 


Double click in the column below "Name" and "Sow Selection" - "Code". 

Set up criteria for how many days after event type the sow should appear on the worklist. 

 


Here the sow selection is set up for 4 weeks pregnancy check. Close the windows and set checkmark in the box at the worklist you want to print. 


 

Below in the column "No overview" select "Action list" and click on "Preview" next to the column.
