Go to "General" - "Administration" - "Employee".

 

In the column below "Code", you can decide which code the employee should have. Then enter the name and initials of the employee. In the example below, 3 employees have been created: M1, M2 and M3.

 

 

It is not possible to delete employees who have been used for registration. Instead, click on the "Layout setup" icon and select "Change in global".

 

 

In Layout setup, find "Status", set checkmark and click "Ok".

 

 

Click in the column below "Status" and select "2 Passive" for the employee who should no longer be active.

 

 

It is now no longer possible to register events for this employee. If you want your list to only show the status of "Active" and "New" that can be used, you can click on the "Show filter line" icon and right-click in the filter line below "Status".
