Yes. Select the tab “Breeding” – “Breed progeny” and search the animal using the filterline – here 09241029210:

Place the mouse in the field “Date” under Exit and press Shift + Delete – this picture will show.

Now you can confirm the delete of the exit and the progeny is alive again.
