You can report movements between your own herds and sale of animals from 'Progeny' and you can report movement of dead animals to a collecting area.

Setup

Go to "General" - "Locations".

On each location representing a CPH No. the coloumn must be of the type "Site", have and CPH No. and marked with a checkmark for "Progeny". 

Go to "General" - "Third party". 

Add three new thirdparties. One of the parties should be the type "Transporter". Also provide the registration number and DK as truck country code. If a trailer is used, this also needs to be given a registration no and a country code.

The other two parties should be of the type "Customer" - even if one of them is a collecting area for dead animals and the other is sold animals. 

Progeny

Go to "Progeny" - "Transfers".

In order for data to be submitted on tranfers between own herds, registration of data must be expanded with the coloumns: "Transporter", "Sent to FVST" and "Destination".

• If the time of relocation is not entered it will automatically be set to 00:00 hours.
• When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp. 

Go to "Progeny" - "Exit (Progeny)".

When animals are transported to a customer with your own vehicles the coloumns "Destination" (receiver of the animals) and "Transporter" and "Sent to FVST" must be added to the layout.

• If the time of relocation isn't entered it will automatically be set to 12.00 hours.
• When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp. 

Go to "Progeny" - "Dead". 

If you transfer dead animals to a collecting area, the fields "Destination" and "Transporter" must be added to the layout.

• If the time of relocation isn't entered it will automatically be set to 12.00 hours.
• When the data is sent the field 'Sent to FVST' will be updated with timestamp.

How to transfer the data

The data transfer is activated under "General" - "Administration" - "Exporter" - "Export til Fødevarestyrelsen" (FVST). 

The first time you send data the user will be asked for your credentials: Username and Password.  

If your credentials have changed, press the Ctrl-button and hold it while you go to "General" - "Administration" - "Export" - "Export Fødevarestyrelsen" and you will get the window where you can change your credentials.

You can contact Fødevarestyrelsen if you do not know your username or password.
