If you have many active sows, which are not linked with your herd number, you can easily add these by using Excel.
Go to "Sows/Boars" - "Animals" - "PigVision" - "Breeding animals".
Press the icon "Layout setup" and add the columns "Heard group" - "Herd" - "Number" and "Date".
Open Excel.
Insert your herd number in column A.
Go back to PigVision and copy (Ctrl + C) the entry date for all animals. Go to Excel and insert (Ctrl + V) the copied data into column B. Make sure to have an equal number of lines with herd number and entry date.
Copy column A and B.
In PigVision, click on the first column under "Herd" - "Number" and insert the content from Excel.
The date in "Herd group" - "Date" should be the same or later than the entry date.
